1. Overview
This Cloud Services Pricing document (“Pricing Terms”) describes the general pricing structure applicable to the cloud-based products and services (“Services”) offered by Datafi Labs, Inc. (“Datafi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Pricing Terms are incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service.
The specific pricing, quantities, and commercial terms applicable to your use of the Services are governed by the Order Form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement executed between you and Datafi (collectively, “Order Form”). In the event of any conflict between these Pricing Terms and your Order Form, the Order Form shall control.
This document is intended to describe Datafi’s general pricing structure and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of any specific price. All pricing is subject to change in accordance with Section 6 below.
2. Subscription Plans
Datafi offers the following subscription tiers. Each tier includes a defined set of features, capacity allowances, and support levels. Contact sales for current pricing.
2.1 Starter
The Starter plan is designed for small teams and early-stage organizations. It includes:
- Access to core platform features
- A limited number of connected data sources
- Standard API call and storage allowances
- Community-based support
- Single workspace environment
2.2 Professional
The Professional plan is designed for growing teams that require expanded capacity and advanced functionality. It includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Increased data source connections and storage capacity
- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
- Role-based access controls and team management
- Priority email support
- Multiple workspace environments
- Access to additional platform modules (subject to module-specific pricing)
2.3 Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with complex data infrastructure requirements. It includes everything in Professional, plus:
- Unlimited or custom data source connections
- Dedicated compute resources and enhanced storage
- Single sign-on (SSO) and advanced security configurations
- Custom SLA terms and dedicated account management
- 24/7 priority support with designated support engineers
- Custom integrations and onboarding assistance
- Audit logging and compliance features

Datafi’s platform consists of the following modules, which may be purchased individually or as a bundled package depending on your subscription tier and Order Form:
3.1 Studio
Studio provides data exploration, visualization, and dashboard-building capabilities. It is the primary interface for creating and sharing data-driven insights across your organization.
3.2 Control Tower
Control Tower provides centralized administration, governance, and monitoring of your data infrastructure. It enables administrators to manage users, permissions, data source configurations, and platform-wide settings.
3.3 Sentinel
Sentinel provides data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting capabilities. It continuously evaluates your data pipelines and surfaces issues that may affect downstream reporting and decision-making.
3.4 Orchestrate
Orchestrate provides workflow automation, data pipeline management, and scheduling capabilities. It enables teams to build, deploy, and monitor automated data workflows.
Individual module pricing is available upon request. Bundled pricing may offer a reduced per-module cost compared to individual module purchases. Module availability may vary by subscription tier. Contact [email protected] for details.
4. Usage-Based Components
In addition to subscription fees, certain aspects of the Services are metered and billed based on actual usage. Usage-based charges apply when consumption exceeds the allowances included in your subscription plan.
4.1 API Calls
Each subscription plan includes a monthly API call allowance. API calls that exceed the included allowance are billed at the overage rate specified in your Order Form. API calls are counted on a per-request basis and include both read and write operations.
4.2 Data Storage
Each subscription plan includes a base data storage allocation. Storage is measured in gigabytes (GB) and includes data stored within the Datafi platform, cached query results, and any artifacts generated by platform operations. Storage usage exceeding the included allocation is billed at the overage rate specified in your Order Form.
4.3 Compute Units
Certain platform operations, including data transformations, pipeline executions, and complex queries, consume compute units. Each subscription plan includes a monthly compute unit allowance. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the overage rate specified in your Order Form.
4.4 Connected Data Sources
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of connected data source slots. Additional data source connections beyond the included allowance may be purchased as add-ons at the rate specified in your Order Form.
Usage metrics and current consumption levels are available through the Control Tower module within the platform.
5. Billing and Payment Terms
5.1 Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are available on an annual or monthly billing cycle, as specified in your Order Form. Annual subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each subscription year. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each calendar month. Usage-based overage charges are billed in arrears on a monthly basis.
5.2 Payment Methods
Datafi accepts payment via credit card, ACH transfer, wire transfer, and invoicing (for qualifying Enterprise accounts). Payment method details are specified in your Order Form or configured through the platform’s billing settings.
5.3 Currency
All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in your Order Form.
5.4 Late Payments
Payments not received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower) on the outstanding balance. Datafi reserves the right to suspend access to the Services for accounts with overdue balances, as described in the Terms of Service.
6. Price Changes
Datafi reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Any price change will be communicated to affected customers with at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice, delivered via email to the account’s billing contact address or through the platform’s notification system.
Price changes will take effect at the start of the next renewal period following the notice period. Price changes will not apply to the then-current subscription term unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date in accordance with the termination provisions in the Terms of Service.
7. Overage Charges
If your usage of any metered component (API calls, data storage, compute units, or connected data sources) exceeds the allowances included in your subscription plan, overage charges will apply. Overage rates are specified in your Order Form.
Datafi will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you when your usage approaches or exceeds your plan allowances. However, the absence of such notification does not relieve you of responsibility for overage charges incurred. You may configure usage alerts and spending limits through the Control Tower module.
Overage charges are billed monthly in arrears and are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
8. Taxes and Fees
All fees stated in your Order Form and these Pricing Terms are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental assessments, including but not limited to value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes (collectively, “Taxes”). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your purchases, except for taxes based on Datafi’s net income.
If Datafi is required by law to collect Taxes, the applicable amount will be added to your invoice. If you are exempt from any Tax, you must provide Datafi with a valid tax exemption certificate or other documentation satisfactory to the relevant taxing authority.
9. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, the following exceptions apply:
- Termination for cause by customer: If you terminate your subscription for cause due to Datafi’s material breach of the Terms of Service (after providing written notice and a thirty (30) day cure period), you are entitled to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of the then-current subscription term.
- Billing errors: If you are billed in error, Datafi will issue a full refund or credit for the erroneous charge upon verification.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of approval using the original payment method where possible.
Datafi may offer free trials, promotional discounts, or other special pricing at its sole discretion. Free trials provide temporary access to specified features and are subject to the following terms:
- Free trials are limited to one per organization unless otherwise authorized by Datafi.
- At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- Datafi reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any free trial or promotional offer at any time.
- Data created during a free trial may be retained upon conversion to a paid subscription, subject to the applicable plan’s storage limits.
Promotional pricing is valid only for the promotional period specified and will revert to standard pricing at the end of that period unless otherwise stated in writing.
11. Volume Discounts and Enterprise Agreements
Datafi offers volume-based discounts and custom enterprise agreements for organizations with significant platform usage or multi-year commitments. Volume discounts may be applied to:
- Subscription fees for large numbers of users or workspaces
- Usage-based components for high-consumption accounts
- Multi-module or full-platform bundle purchases
- Multi-year subscription commitments
Custom enterprise agreements may include tailored SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, custom integrations, and other provisions not available under standard subscription plans. All volume discounts and enterprise pricing are subject to written agreement and are specified in the applicable Order Form.
