How our pricing works

Every Datafi engagement starts with Platform Core and grows from there based on what you actually use. Three things move your price, and all three are visible to you before you buy.

Data source connections

Platform Core includes a set number of connections. Additional connections are priced per source, per year, at the rate shown above. You'll always know how many you're using.

API and storage volume

Each plan includes a generous allowance. If you run above it, overage is billed per unit at a published rate, monthly in arrears. A heavier month costs more, a lighter month costs less, with no surprises.

Modules and environments

You add capability as you need it. Each module and each additional workspace environment has a starting price above; you only pay for the ones you turn on.

A mid-market customer connecting a handful of systems typically lands near the Platform Core floor. A large enterprise running many connections, several modules, and multiple environments will be higher, and will see exactly why. Either way, the number is built from parts you can see and estimate yourself.

*All plans are billed annually. Usage-based overage charges are billed monthly in arrears at published per-unit rates. Enterprise agreements are custom-scoped and quoted in full before commitment.
